Halloween

Just a reminder for new residents and long time residents alike, Halloween will be here very soon.
Halloween is on a Saturday this year (October 31, 2009)

                    

Volunteers will be manning all entrances to the community to ensure we are not flooded with car loads of kids from outside the park and to remind you to drive slowly while traveling through the community.

Don't forget, the speed limit within Langley Grove Estates is 15 km/h and will be strictly enforced.



I cannot repeat this enough! Safety Safety Safety!!!



             

We don't want to see these volunteers run over or abused in any way!


           

If you will be taking part in handouts, please ensure that your entrances are well lit, safe for children, and free from obstructions of any kind.
Take precautions for your own safety as well. It's always best to have 2 adults present in the home before opening the door to any stranger.




Many residents will not be taking part in handouts.
Their may be any number of reasons for this including illness, religion, or fixed incomes. Please respect their right to privacy.
If the porch lights are out, quietly pass on by please.



                       

Vandalism will not be tolerated and security will be stepped up to ensure a safe and uneventful evening.

Fireworks of any kind are illegal without a permit.
