It appears that Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities Inc, the owners of Langley Grove Estates,  and Country Hills Homes, may have a little housecleaning to do.

The nuisance emails we've been receiving with the vulgar return email addresses and names aren't from any local residents after all.

On further investigation of the IP address and hostname the emails were sent  from, it turns out they've been originating from Spruce Grove, near Edmonton Alberta.
More specifically,  from someone at Country Hills Homes, Parkland Village in Spruce Grove Alberta, a Parkbridge owned Property.

To put this in perspective, it would be like our own park manager Paul Rasmusen sending vulgar insulting emails to someone in another Parkbridge owned property.  I'm sure this juvenile activity isn't sanctioned or condoned by the upper management or shareholders of Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities Inc but it does reflect very badly on them. 

This information will now be forwarded to Ken Cullen, Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee for Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities Inc. Let's hope he investigates this matter fully and takes the appropriate action to immediately terminate this person for willfully violating Parkbridge's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

I certainly hope that our own park manager, despite his ties to Country Hills Homes,  has better sense than to be involved with this person or his activities in any way!

About every month,we receive an email similar to this one from someone who is too cowardly to use a real email address.
What the sender doesn't realise is that the ip and hostname of the pc used to send the email is recorded and when it becomes a regular event it can be regarded as harrasment and abuse of service and may be forwarded to Shaw's abuse department  for remedial action.

Apparently, the sender is the one living in a fantasy world where he beleives he knows it all.
